The Decision

YOU HAVE TO DECIDE TO FOLLOW JESUS.


  • To follow Jesus, you must repent (make a u-turn from sin/self and turn to Christ).
  • You must turn to Christ alone for salvation.
  • You can receive salvation if you sincerely ask for it (prayer).


Luke 13:3 (NLT) ...and you will perish too unless you repent of your sins and turn to God.


Joel 2:12 (NLT) That is why the LORD says, “Turn to me now, while there is time. Give me your hearts."


Romans 10:13 (NLT) For "Anyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."

2 Corinthians 6:2 (NLT) For God says, "At just the right time I heard you. On the day of salvation,  I helped you." Indeed, the "right time" is now. Today is the day of salvation.


If you are ready to repent and follow Jesus,  you can pray to Him and ask for it. We encourage you to pray out loud to God. If you don't know what to pray, pray this to God.


Father, I admit that I am a sinner. I've crossed the line and have broken your laws. I believe Jesus came and died in my place for my sins. I believe He's the only way to You. I accept what He did on the cross for me. I want to turn away from my sin and myself and turn to Christ. Come into my heart and save me. Help me to now follow you for the rest of my life. Thank you for saving me! Amen

  • LIFEGROUP --Fellowship with other followers of Jesus helps you to stay encouraged and keep on following Christ. You will not be able to faithfully follow Christ alone. We all need help. Believers need other Believers to help them to grow. Your LIFEGROUP is your faith family. Get plugged in to a small group on Wednesday nights ASAP.


  • SHARE--Tell others about your new faith in Christ. You don't have to know a lot of the Bible to share your faith with others...just share your story...share how your life was before Christ, how you met Christ, and how your life is different now because of Jesus.
